5 Shocking Things Jyotiraditya Scindia’s Signature Reveals About Him

Jyotiraditya Scindia

Jyotiraditya Scindia

Jyotiraditya Scindia, once among Rahul Gandhi’s closest aides, joined the BJP on March 11, 2020, ending his 18-year association with the Congress.

The development is definitely being seen as a shot in the arm for the BJP, and a huge loss for the Congress, which could not stop Scindia from leaving the party after a fairly long association.

On March 10, Scindia resigned from the Congress and posted a copy of his resignation, addressed to interim party president Sonia Gandhi, on his Twitter handle.

I bring to you 5 extremely interesting things Jyotiraditya Scindia’s signature reveals about him. Remember, the signature only reveals what the writer wants others to know about him, not how he really is.

#1. He respects Sonia Gandhi

According the resignation letter, the size and elevated baseline of the word, Gandhi, in relation to the rest of the handwriting, indicate that Scindia still holds Mrs Gandhi in high regard.

Meaning, whatever might be the reason of his leaving the Congress, as per the signature, there’s no sign of bad blood between him and her. (Sonia Gandhi’s signature analysis)

#2. Poor communicator

That may come to many people as a surprise because Scindia is considered to be a good orator. But that’s what his signature points out about him.

He might be a good speaker, but not a good communicator. There’s a difference.

The signature analysis reveals that Scindia isn’t communicating well with people especially those who report to him.

That reveals he is someone who will always see gaps between what he expects from his workers and what the finished job looks like.

#3. He’s in a rush

It is also indicated by Scindia’s illegible signature that he is usually in a rush because of which he misses out on things which are obvious to many others around him.

But he chooses not to notice because he does not care, or thinks he is too important to be bothered by these details.

So, arrogant? Yes.

#4.  Weighed down by family name

There is a part of him that wants to get away from the big family name despite the fact that he enjoys several privileges just for being one of the prominent Scindias.

In some ways, he feels bogged down by the family name and its restricting rules and regulations.

He also deep down acknowledges and ruminates on his lack of individual achievements or personal recognition, which usually happens to people with larger-than-life family names.

#5. A below-average boss

As I pointed out above, his communication skills are not up to the mark. This makes him a below-average boss who is more likely to show little interest in the team that works for him.

He is rarely open to receiving inputs from others and mostly believes in one-way communication channel. Qualities of a great leader? I don’t think so.
