Jyotiraditya Scindia, once among Rahul Gandhi’s closest aides, joined the BJP on March 11, 2020, ending his 18-year association with the Congress.
The development is definitely being seen as a shot in the arm for the BJP, and a huge loss for the Congress, which could not stop Scindia from leaving the party after a fairly long association.
On March 10, Scindia resigned from the Congress and posted a copy of his resignation, addressed to interim party president Sonia Gandhi, on his Twitter handle.

As I pointed out above, his communication skills are not up to the mark. This makes him a below-average boss who is more likely to show little interest in the team that works for him.
He is rarely open to receiving inputs from others and mostly believes in one-way communication channel. Qualities of a great leader? I don’t think so.
